@50shades.of.luna: A beautiful and incredibly clear view of Perseverance landing on Mars! 👇📖 A supersonic parachute slowed the spacecraft before the sky crane lowered the rover onto Jezero Crater. 🗓 Landed on February 18, 2021 #Perseverance #Mars #NASA #planet #marsrover

Sash.381 :

Why it’s so dusty for such small vehicle compared to much heavier Apollo landing with almost clean touchdown?

Guy :

Flat Earthers:Its CGI

Jojo22 :

The pattern on the parachute is in binary and means "Dare mighty things".

Seb.13 :

if theres no air how is the parachute working?

I'm not 𝙿𝚊𝚕𝚎𝚘𝙼𝙰𝚝𝚝 :

I wish to see when Perseverance's sample tubes will be brought to Earth within my lifetime

deforaqrf18 :

The skycrane is an engineering marvel. Only NASA can do things like this. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Silverfox :

my wife and my names are on the rover ..

nicholas_b42 :

With how far Mars was away, the signals that perseverance was sending took so long that Perseverance Had already landed before the mission controllers even saw the parachute deploy

Darkstar SFS (DSFS🚀) :

what rocket did it get there

Rev. Ronisha Jones🇺🇲🇯🇵☯️✝️ :

TEGM :

Looking at the comments, I lost hope for humanity

edgold67 :

a lot of aluminum foil

verity :

i wish i could go there to with rocket

Thatonepringle9 :

Is this all automated or do they actually have to control anything?

Male Test Subject #1 :

"Dare mighty things"

Lnash :

Perseverance obtained one of those important samples (sample #25) in all of human space exploration but budget cuts made it impossible for us to retrieve it. So there it is. Sitting on Mars. Most likely never to get touched. Inside it is the answer of if we are alone or not

John Shaner :

To this day this still blows my mind. I can watch this over and over and not be bored.

T TM400 :

The Sky Crane rules, who would have thought a complicated system would performed so well and multiple times ! Congrats to the NASA brain trust !!!

user2497928463432 :

нет воздуха😂зачем парашют!?

Stimuli :

This is a cartoon 😂

wHiTeDeAtH34 :

what hold the parachute if there's no air

ZenRey :

Why are there two suns?

boogie :

Yeah ok who is filming it

Justforlaughs :

lot of money spent for some pictures

andyproctor908 :

well I didn't think there was any Oxygen up there how did that parachute work
