Any service animal cannot be denied entry into any establishment.Business etc unless the business is closed to the public this includes privately owned businesses, and no one at any establishment can ask you anything , but two questions is that a service animal , and what is it trained to do they cannot ask you for paperwork. They cannot ask you to present some type of card etc, and they sure cannot ask you about your medical issue etc and why you have the dog specifically that's against the American disability act. People need to get their acts together when it comes to the service animals. Because they are not pets. They are a professionally trained animal specifically for a certain and specific diagnosis that the handler has. Yes, they are much different than an emotional support animal, though. I know some handlers don't put a vest on them showing that they are a service animal. And that's their choice , however , my aunt , she has a service animal , and she always puts his vest on him whenever she's out in public simply because you know how children are. They wanna pet the animals a lot. And this veg shows that he's a service animal. He's not to be pet because he is trying to do a specific job, not that anybody's trying to be mean toward anyone, but if someone keeps coming petting him, We're trying petty and he becomes distracted, so he is not paying attention to the job he's trying to do.He's distracted and can miss something so even though people are not required to have the best on their service.Animal for the animal's benefit and for yours , and for both of your safety\nI would put the vest your service, animal and that's a few things. it shows the establishment that that's a service animal automatically when you go to the door. And hopefully that helps people not ask questions and also it lets others know that he or she is not to be pet. The animal is there too provide a service to their handler, and that's what they are professionally trained to do. And again as I said even if it's a privately owned business , even if it's policy threy can't deny service animals for any reason except if that establishment is not open to the public.
