how many toddlers have to be mauled or killed by service animals before these entitled dog owners understand that they need to have their dog on a leash in public? No federal judge is going to agree with you that a legitimate service animal needs to be on a leash in a public setting. The 9th circuit Court of appeal tried a weird back door approach to rationalize that some service dollars need to be off leash, but no dog owner has ever won a federal court case about being forced to put their dog on a leash by business. The doj also does not investigate these types of complaints because the dog owner cannot produce appropriate evidence for the court. 🤡🤡🤡
