AC had issues in my last apartment it would sometimes stop cooling if turn it off over night and be fine then a few days later would stop cooling and did the same maintenance said the units fine so I stopped caring I was a week from moving out anyways they wouldn't believe me it would get 84° inside while outside was like 90°
