my husband does all the cooking in our home. mostly because we would like to survive and not die from food poisoning that I would give us. and he is great at it.

Men will develop “feelings” for a woman because she is in her 20’s and giggles at him, while forgetting about the woman in her 40’s who raised his children, washed his laundry and made his dinners.

1. "find" women who want to cook for you
2. have kitchen with tool that fit what you want her to cook
3. make enough money for her to buy the ingredient

to be appreciated, it needs to stop completely and then to happen on a rare occasion, to get a wow reaction! WOW! OUR MOM BAKED IT HERSELF! Like when my dad cooks barbecue, everyone has to show appreciation to his skills.

That might have something to do with the fact that men believes that they can buy emotions rather than earned them. I bought you a car therefore you owe me extra amount of love for this amount of time. It’s not how that works.

I've brought all of my boys up to be able to cook, clean and use a washing machine. It's called being a grown up. On another note my daughter in law is a mechanic so she fixs her car and his.

I cook for my partner because his food is shite, so he does the dishes. See what we did there? Equal partnership. And in addition he eats whatever I give him and says please and thank you.

Single women cook for themselves every single day. Relationships are a lot like having a long term roommate. If someone is getting a roommate, why would they get a roommate who expects them to do all of the work? There’s no amount of rent money that can make up for a roommate that brings drama, requires a list to do their part of the chores, and wants you to make them a “samndwich” while they play video games for 18 hrs. 🎮 A cool roommate who shares the chores equitably & picks up all of the chores if you’re sick/unwell (and vice versa) is worth considering.

I cook…but I love to cook. My sons know how to cook and are very good at it. My husband can cook, but he works and I don’t. Also, kids are still at home so of course I cook so they can eat. My husband doesn’t always get home before dinner.
