Some of us only travel once in a blue moon but reading signs isn't difficult. So many people just abruptly stop and stand in the middle of walkways/open areas - they are the problem!

And a direct route through Duty Free. I’m not buying anything so why make me snake through the shop with grandma stopping and looking at everything she does not need. I know the stairs are quicker than the lift. Walking can be quicker than the moving walkway and exactly where I have to go without stopping at Harrods or Other expensive shops after security.
