we do have stipulated limitations. 5 plants per individual per residential property. plus, not legal across most of South Africa. People just take the WC judgment as law.

unfortunately it is at the arresting officers discretion and once arrested its the drugs and trafficking act thats the problem and then you have to prove that what you growing and the amount grown is not intended for distribution and with large numbers like that its almost impossible to do

from what i know we only allowed to have 5 or 6 plants in our private capacity for private use and more than 1kg of possesion could be seen as distribution....there are some limitations
