@janellehalil: Here’s my Sudanese style Bamya with Beef! 💚 Recipe ⬇️ Ingredients * 500g beef, cubed * 500g okra, topped, tailed and trimmed * 1 large onion, diced * 1 tbsp ghee or olive oil * 3–4 garlic cloves, crushed * 1 cinnamon stick * 1 tsp ground coriander * 1 tsp ground cumin * 1–2 tsp Monzelle African Inspired Spice Mix * Salt + black pepper * 2 tbsp tomato paste * 1–2 fresh tomatoes, diced * Water, as needed Method Brown onion in ghee or olive oil, then add cinnamon, coriander, garlic and beef. Cook until the beef is browned. Add cumin, Monzelle African Inspired Spice Mix, salt, pepper, tomato paste and diced tomato. Cover with water and simmer until the beef is tender.
