David Alfa Sunarna :
Build a simple order progress tracker for my custom carbon fibre workshop in Indonesia. We make made to order parts for motorcycles and cars, and my customers constantly message me to ask how far along their part is, which means I have to stop working to reply. For each order I want to record the customer name and contact, the vehicle make and model, the part being made, and the promised completion date. Let me move an order through the stages my workshop actually uses: order received, mould ready, layup, curing, trimming and sanding, finishing and clear coat, quality check, ready for pickup, and collected. Let me attach a progress photo at each stage, taken on the spot. The most important feature: generate a shareable public link for every order so the customer can open it themselves and see the current stage and the photos without messaging me. Also give me one simple list of active orders showing which stage each one is at and which are close to or past their promised date. Keep the interface simple, use Bahasa Indonesia throughout, and design it around how a custom carbon fibre workshop actually works rather than a generic project management tool.
