I was super shy when I was younger. I still am shy now. But these are different types of shy. The first one was debilitating. The second one is an automatic reaction to perceived threats. With the second one I can choose how to react to that automatic reaction, I analyse and then move. The second one keeps me from ukuphapha but doesn't hold be back from anything. Is that still shyness?

It depends which aspect of your life you are shy about... Probably the weakest area of your life that will make you shy... In that case, it's normal

you are absolutely correct, it's not normal, but I'd argue that it's taught, no child is born shy, it's the society, the media(music,shows,tv,movies).

sometimes to other people it's neurological you can't say to a person who has tourrettes if only he had faith the ticks will dissappear, you can't say to a non verbal autistic person if he had faith he would speak and act normal and people will like him, some things we really are just born with and take a bit more than just faith to deal with. Looking at things in a spiritual manner can be a slippery slope, people can end up with psychosis believing entities are coming after him and end up hurting people that love them because they believe they are blocking their spiritual destinies. but at the end of the day to each their own..... I completely understand what you said in the video though❤️
