@loycefitness: LEGON PRESEC ARMY CADET GHANA 🇬🇭 DISCIPLINE IN ACTION We met the Legon PRESEC Army Cadet Corps and what we saw was more than marching it was mindset. Sharp. Steady focus. Young men choosing discipline over distraction. This is why the Loyce Fitness Pan-African Fitness Tourism Journey is launching the High School Cadet Fitness Tour. We are visiting cadet corps across Africa, starting right here in Ghana, to use PHYSICAL FITNESS as a weapon against drug abuse. WHY FITNESS? 1.Idle Hands Find Trouble, Trained Hands Find Purpose: Fitness fills the dangerous gaps after school with structure, sweat, and self-worth. 2.Discipline Over Drugs: Cadet training teaches you to control your body and mind. A disciplined mind says NO to drugs easily. 3. Natural High: Burpees, push-ups, and runs give you the dopamine your brain is looking for without destroying your future. 4. Brotherhood Over Peer Pressure: When you train together, you hold each other accountable. No one is left behind to fall. The mission is clear: Raise a fit, focused, and drug-free generation across Africa. The Cadets are ready. Are you?
