I understand if the door won’t go down, but it’s much easier and safer to just take the top roller carrier off with the door down and just pop it back on. I’ve done it this way a ton of times tho on a racked door

Or just take the top hinge off put the roller in and put it back on 10 times faster no holding of the section because the door is closed
