@luusilly: Don’t know if too many will read this but, you are wonderful because you are different and not a problem in the slightest because you are different 🫂🤍 This last weekend I had such a bad meltdown because I felt so overwhelmed/overstimulated… so… weird and different from everyone else? Like so bad that I sobbed during the convention that I was at and had to leave because I was such a mess I felt like I was odd in all of my encounters with everyone, I felt like there were so many people that were just tolerating my presence and it truly did suck because I was so in my head about the whole convention experience and it came from the knowledge of being neurodivergent but also the PTSD that I carry from years of being in bad relationships that judged me for being myself, that silenced me for a long time it truly does break my heart that my brain is so affected by my traumas that I rethink every encounter I have with others, that I over analyze what I look like and if I was rude or weird or anything different than what would be the typical normal so, The past couple of days has just been me reassuring myself that it’s okay that I’m a little different and that there’s nothing wrong with me being different, and I hope if any of you are struggling with this right now with feeling different/isolated/alone, that you hear this and know that you’re not alone and that there is someone else that understands you in the world 🤍 #hopecore #comfortaudios #comfortasmr #hopecoretiktok #comfortaudio
