That's kind of the point of the test. Not to prove that "the room" is feminist cinema, but to show how often even those very minimal conditions aren't met. It was a joke, not a real attempt to actually measure the level of feminist thought in the movie. It was like: let's put the bar on the floor and see how many movies will not reach it anyway.

The whole point of the Bechdel Test is to give an analysis of the film industry as a whole. It's not that every movie needs to pass it; it's that, when the test was created ZERO academy award winning films passed it.
