@cesare_shapable: cesare_shapable Comment the word 100HR and I'll send you my full protocol for busy men who are looking to get in shape. Training every day doesn't automatically mean you're in better shape. More work only helps if your body can recover from it. You don't build muscle during the workout itself. Training provides the stimulus, then recovery gives your body the opportunity to adapt. If you constantly train hard without enough recovery, performance can start to suffer, fatigue builds and progress becomes harder to maintain. And as you get older, recovery deserves even more attention. That doesn't mean you need to stop training hard. It means you need to train intelligently. For many people, three well-structured resistance training sessions per week can produce better results than constantly adding more sessions without giving the body enough time to recover. Quality beats quantity. Train hard enough to create a reason to adapt. Recover well enough to actually adapt. Then repeat.

The rocket man 🚀🤖 :
I contracted herpes after being intimate with my new boyfriend for the first time. Before we had sex, he never mentioned that he was living with the virus, so I had no idea I was at risk. A few days later, I became extremely sick and experienced painful symptoms that lasted for about two weeks. It was one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever gone through. After I confronted him, he admitted that he had known about his herpes diagnosis for years but chose not to tell me beforehand.
I felt completely betrayed because I believe I deserved the opportunity to make an informed decision about my own health. If he had been honest with me from the beginning, I could have asked questions, taken precautions, or decided whether I was comfortable with the risk. Instead, that choice was taken away from me.
I decided to end the relationship because trust is very important to me. However, he keeps telling me that I’m overreacting and that herpes is common, so it shouldn’t be a big deal. I understand that many people live normal lives with herpes, but I still feel that honesty and informed consent are essential in any relationship. Am I wrong for feeling this way, or was I justified in expecting him to be truthful before we became intimate?
