I get put on 200mg of fluconazol once a week for 5 weeks when mine shows up and it stays gone for a good 2-3 years or it may never come back🫶🏼🫶🏼

I had a similar issue years ago. All over my back in summer and some on arms. Went to dermatologist and for some potent cream in a can. Gone in 2 months forever.

Me and my sister have this but mine went away a few years ago minus one or two spots but my sister is still cover on her back and shoulders 😳😳
