I’ve been incredibly fortunate to find communities of women in business, both online and in real life. But sometimes the language in entrepreneurial spaces can feel a little… woo-woo. Manifestation. Quantum leaps. Nervous system regulation. Collapsing time. Even when there are useful ideas underneath those words, the way they’re presented can make business growth sound almost magical. So let’s make them practical. “Regulate your nervous system” → Find body-based tools that calm you enough to think clearly and take the next action. “Manifest it” → Question why you believe something isn’t possible for you. Dig into those beliefs, intentionally challenge them—and then behave differently. “Collapse time” → Look for tools, strategies, resources, relationships, and actions that could help you reach the goal faster. I recently listened to Myron Golden talk about the psychology of accomplishing seemingly impossible goals, and one idea particularly stood out to me: Sometimes setting a goal that seems impossible forces you to stop looking for ways to make your existing strategy slightly better. Your brain has to look for a different path entirely. That’s the part of business mindset work I’m interested in. Not sitting around wishing for something hard enough that it magically appears. Changing how you think so you can see possibilities you weren’t seeing before—and then taking action on them. #StartOverStrategy #BusinessMindset #WomenInBusiness #DivorcedFormerTradwife #WomenBuildingBusinesses
