My mom died 2 days before my last 6 months of nursing school. I was 26. I got married my last 8 weeks. Graduated with honors. Bought a house. Had my baby. She missed it all. 🥺 I ignored it. I got unhealthy. Sick. Gained 30 pounds. Now i use my gym time (I’ve been in for 6 months) lost 30 pounds to talk to her and make her proud. She wasn’t healthy. I’m doing it for both of us and my kids. 🫶🏼 I know she’d be proud. I wish she could have seen this. I promised her I’d do it all. She never saw me do any of it. 🥹 I just got this for her. Too

My grandpa who raised me died two days before I gave birth to my daughter.. it’s been 5 months and I think my brain is pretending he’s driving his truck at work on the road. But when it hits that he’s gone I lose control 😔

Thanks for sharing! I’ve now lost both my parents and even though I got to spend more time with them than you did with your father, it still hits home very hard. I wish I had more time with them and I wish I had been able to do more with them.
