@adorian: This is your sign to take a vacation!

Tommy Ruiz :

in my 20 years of working full time I have never taken a two week vacation not once the most I've ever taken and a continuous stretch it's 4 days it's combining my two regular days off

yettiman89 :

Have not been able to take a vacation in 17 years ! And last 7 years we don’t get PTO

Mike1st :

What is unlimited PTO?

Paige Lawrence :

it is a punishment to take leave. the same amount of work is still there, but now you have less time to do it.

Jim :

unlimited PTO is for three things. number one people take Less vacations because they don't have a specific number to use. two the company doesn't have to carry the liability of vacation on their balance sheet and it makes them look more profitable. and finally if you quit they don't have to pay any of that out

Pandorafox222 🇨🇦 :

I wish I could afford to go on Vacation...

Crazy Animal Lady :

Who can even afford to go o vacation.

Readings by Terry🪷 :

Gen X here. Most of my PTO is used for mental health days.

kandisr5 :

I won’t lie. I take days off just to sleep in.

justAlightbulb :

your so lucky to get paid time off my last job had it and 2 months gives 1 day pto. now I have no pto and vacation is the biggest net deficit idea to ever exist

millennialbird :

Unlimited PTO still has to be approved by management. It's a scam bro

Jess: North Star Studio :

My PTO is used for dealing with my chronic illness. I don’t have any days to go anywhere

TheBenStory :

It was unlimited PTO when I first started working at the hospital, but 3 months after I started, they changed it to a maximum of 480 PTO hours. Now the hospital has been bought out by a university and they decided to cut the maximum number of PTO hours down to 280 for staff.

BIG SEXY :

Try construction. No pto no sick days. They may you off if there’s no work

Apple User347944 :

What is a pto

Florida Man Brian :

Unlimited PTO is a lie

XBeachBum :

I’ve done a day to just run errands on a freaking weekday vs a crowded weekend

Timothy Sauder :

i keep wondering as a canadian why americans consistently don't speak in full words i always have to stop and try to figure out what they're talking about.

Briand :

Unlimited really isn’t unlimited tho😂 if it truely was, why would they ever go back?

Zach B :

In my opinion, unlimited PTO is kind of a management mindgame policy and I’m guessing employees in that situation take less than 2 weeks a year bc of that. 🤔

LyteHavenMatriarch ❌ 💙 G7 :

Too expensive to go anywhere!

storyteller10003 :

Amazing

Chris Savage :

pto is for sleep

What kind of life is this?
