It’s absolutely unbelievable, quite embarrassing and often dangerous how poorly trained and uneducated law-enforcement officers are in the United States often resulting in a lawsuit against the officer. The hiring standards have clearly been lowered.

The ignorance of law enforcement cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. the natural egotisticall ignorance of being a cop won't let them just shut up and walk away. when we are in court and the judge says, ignorance of the law is no defense. It goes the same way for officers. we have the right to remain silent Anything we say can and will be used against us. it's the same for officers as well. they just keep talking and keep telling on themselves, and their egos won't let em shut up. they just keep violating rights

Should have said I'm not refusing to leave but have a question. What legal authority do you have to asked me to leave? And if you don't have that legal authority, what would I be arrested for if I don't leave?. This removes her qualified immunity.
