as recruiter, i always ask candidates what they prefer to be called instead of automatically saying “Ma’am/Sir.” 🥹 small gesture, but it really helps them feel more comfortable and makes the conversation more natural.

It's sad lang na hindi na natin ginagamit 1st language natin samantalang sa ibang bansa 1st language ginagamit nila hindi english, kahit D maalam sa english duon nakakapasok ng trabaho Dito sobrang taas ng standards tas yung sahod sakto lang na makakain ka 3bises sa isang araw, wala nang ipon

As a former call center agent, my biggest advice to all newbies is : believe in yourself and be confident in what you’re saying. You don’t have to be perfect in English to get hired. What matters is your confidence, willingness to learn, and determination to improve. Show them your potential. Let them see that you’re someone who is willing to learn, adapt, and take on challenges. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes everyone starts somewhere. And most importantly, assure them that you’re willing to take on the tasks they give you and that you’re ready to learn along the way.
