@momlovesbaking: Episode 3 of My Grandmother’s Recipes! 🤎 I found this old newspaper clipping in my grandmother’s recipe collection, dated 1971, and the recipe was simply called Cinnamon Flop. With a name like that, I just had to try it! Funny enough, it almost WAS a flop. 😂 The original recipe said to bake it at 400°F, which was way too hot. I adjusted it to 350°F and it turned out perfectly soft, tender and absolutely delicious.
