@digitalsuccesswithb1: You can know the job backwards and forwards… and STILL feel completely unprepared when you become the manager. 😭 Because now you’re dealing with personalities, attitudes, accountability, conflict, call-outs, boundaries—and figuring out how to correct somebody without turning every conversation into a whole situation. 😂 That doesn’t mean you’re a bad manager. Managing people is a skill you have to learn, too. And one of the biggest lessons? You don’t have to have all the answers. You DO need to communicate clearly, set expectations, follow through, and know when something needs to be escalated. Managers: what’s ONE thing you wish somebody had taught you before you became responsible for a team? 👀👇🏽
