@vantspit_privatebarbecue: Tomahawk Steak With Hasselback Potatoes & Mediterranean Butter!! Hasselback potatoes, thinly sliced and roasted on the Kamado until soft inside and crispy on the outside. The tomahawk was seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika, then cooked indirect until 46°C. Kamado fired up, steak back on and seared hard until 52–53°C internal temperature. Rested, sliced and served with the Hasselbacks. Finished everything with a generous drizzle of homemade Mediterranean butter.
