That mortgage on that 500k home would be so expensive lol n u forgetting to include property taxes which can be extra high on 500k home as a single no kids in my 30s I would tell a twenty year older to look for homes in 200-300k range

My only concern with this is. That’s 2 million in debt. Lenders look at the debt to income ratio to determine how much someone qualifies to keep purchasing a home. Can you explain a little more I’m not understanding

If only it was 2K a month for a home. The home I just bought is right under this with a 4% interest rate and I’m looking at 3200/month 🥲

I see a lot of people who are skeptical about renting out the properties or some of the business models he mentioned. As medical professionals look into starting group homes, assisted living, affordable housing for seniors ect. You need to maximize the return on your investment in that degree! Next year I’m going for property #2

What about all the expenses that he had to do to maintain all the houses, not to mention if he had to replace things and then you had to maintain the outside of the properties as well, which that takes more money. This is not realistic

How are you purchasing every year if the stipulations of some loans don't allow you to ?

Profit is not guaranteed just because you move a tenant into your home. Depending on where you live if they stop paying rent and you have to evict it could take 6 months or more.

You can actually speed this method up by buying multifamily and lower down payment cost by utilizing fha loans for the first buy .
