@adhdrealtor.sandiego: I started filming a video about why I believe Realtors need to understand wholesaling and how the two can actually work together… And then someone literally turned right in front of me, went up over the curb, and drove through an area where kids are normally walking. 😳 So now I’m supposed to just continue my real estate video and pretend like I didn’t just witness that. 😂 Anyway… back to wholesaling and why Realtors absolutely need to understand this side of real estate. Because apparently real estate isn’t the only thing keeping me on my toes today. 😂
