Eh visto Varios vídeos del mismo evento, y al principio se le veía feliz. pero luego en otro, ya se da cuenta que lo están grabando. Y éste lo confirma y ahí deja plantado a las que graban.

60 years. That’s how long she had been struggling with food, her weight, and the same patterns that kept pulling her back. And within an HOUR of deciding to join DFIO, she wanted out. What we call, “the resistance” hit HARD. This is why I always say transformation starts in the transaction. She wanted to justify quitting. She wanted to reach out and back out. She wanted to go right back to what was familiar. But she didn’t. To be honest, I had no idea until this moment on zoom. Because she realized into that resistance would mean continuing to be the version of herself she was trying to leave behind. She knew who she wanted to become. The mom, grandma, & woman she wanted to be that’s calm around food, open, free in her own body, & different. And she knew the old, easy decision wasn’t going to get her there. So instead of negotiating with the resistance, she literally walked away from the computer. And thank God she did. Because over the last few months, I’ve watched this woman have breakthrough after breakthrough after breakthrough. After 60 YEARS of struggling, it feels like almost every week she’s discovering another layer of freedom she didn’t know was possible. Not just with food. But in her head. In how she handles emotions. In how she sees herself. In who she’s becoming. And she would have missed ALL of it if she had let that old version of herself make that decision. Remember: Becoming the person you want to be starts with refusing to let the person you’ve always been make one more decision for you. The resistance doesn’t mean you’re making the wrong decision. It’s just a sign that you’re finally starting to make the right one. For Sarah, 6 decades was enough. And she’s finally experiencing the freedom on the other side. If you’ve been watching DFIO from the sidelines knowing something needs to change, but you keep finding reasons to wait… DM “READY” & let’s have a conversation.
