My Dad finally kicked his renter out and it was 100 times worse than this. It took three of those industrial size garbage bins and weeks and weeks of cleaning at this point.

I don’t know how people live like this. It’s bad enough to destroy someone else’s property, but to choose to live in utter filth is foul. If they have kids, CPS should be notified. I hope you sue them.

So, if this is your house and you are renting it out, why did you put in such cheap flooring? If this is your house and you are renting it out, why don’t you inspect it every year? I am not siding with the tenants at all. I’m sure they deserved to get evicted however you are supposed to check on your rentals every so often to make sure they are not being neglected. How many times did you check on this rental before you had to evict the family?
