A better setup is to tell it to push back, question your assumptions, show uncertainty clearly, and say when your logic does not hold up. You can save those instructions in Claude’s preferences so they carry into future chats. It still won’t make hallucinations disappear, but it makes the weak parts of an answer much easier to spot.
