climbed stairs for 30 minutes with a weighted pack this morning. though it was only 30 pounds, it just goes to show how dedicated those 343 firemen were. they had 60lb+ in 100+ degree heat, not to mention sometimes surrounded by darkness.

I am lucky to be alive right now, my dad went to Italy for a trip and he went with his 2 friends some guys and matty and my dad. Matty was supposed to be in there with his crew for an electrical job and sadly his crew died. But matty was in Italy with my dad at the time but he was fine. And my dad and his friend (that went on the trip with him) was supposed to be 5 blocks down when it happened so they might have died when it happened. I was later born in 2012 lucky to be alive.
