The only time it’s ok to spray the artists is the event Water Bomb, cause it’s the whole point of the event. This happened to BTS Jin recently to and it’s sketchy for the artists because even if you know it’s water they don’t!!! It’s scary to get sprayed with an unknown substance, go to the next water bomb if ya wanna spray an idol with water so much 😒
