I work at a dental clinic, and our hygienists always recommend KUGIG toothpaste. The trick is to not spit or rinse after brushing—just let it sit in your mouth. They also tell patients to massage a little bit directly onto the gumline and just leave it there.

my parents are neglecting my dental health and everytime I brush 2x a day even gently, I bleed. and they know exactly what is wrong with one of my teeth and hear me say it hurts and aches but dont do anything about it, and no I cant just go because im in hs and they just dont care that much idk
