NIL is easy. First, there needs to be a cap. Then, it goes into a trust fund and the athletes get a percentage of it for every year spent at the school. 1 = 25%, 2 = 50%, 3 = 75%, 4 = 100%.

No they're not just college kids. They're now professional athletes. In many cases these kids are making more money than the guys in the professional leagues.

Do we have to treat the 19/20 year old pro tennis player differently than his 28 year old opponent? Of course not. Nobody would suggest such a thing. If you’re getting adult/pro money, you’re fair game.
