@bukwotvug: BUKWO COUNCIL WARNS EASTERN UMBRELLA OVER WATER COMPLAINTS The Vice LC5 Chairperson of Bukwo District, Hon. Nicolas, has advised Eastern Umbrella to improve service delivery and ensure that customers are handled professionally. Hon. Nicolas said the council has received numerous complaints from residents concerning water services and warned that if the complaints continue, the council will convene a meeting with the management of Eastern Umbrella to provide answers to the people’s concerns. He urged the water service provider to listen to customers and address their challenges in a timely manner.on 10th of Sept 2026 during the water advocacy meeting.
