@wctvnow: An 18-year-old is behind bars in connection to a deadly shooting that occurred at a parking garage back in May, according to Tallahassee Police. Jeray Ellis, Jr. has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder, the police department wrote in a press release Wednesday evening. Ellis Jr.’s arrest comes nearly four months after the shooting occurred on May 24 at a parking garage on Chapel Drive during the early morning hours.
