In a way it doesn’t make sense to have one of these. You need some kind of compressor to paint the car so if you need a compressor then what’s the purpose of having a cordless?

Upgrade those small batteries to the 5.0 batteries it will last you all day long those small batteries don’t last long. You’re gonna change those couple times a day.

Preppings different than sanding, prepping yeah the lil guys might pass. I’d still go for the 5.0 xc, only time I kill a battery is when I have an all over that also needs filler work.
