This is true according to Alma you can’t be credential with United healthcare/OPTOM on multiple platforms . They’re only taking people that don’t have it at all anywhere. I actually called United healthcare/OPTUM and they said they know of no such thing that Allma was doing so that was interesting… I used to be credential with my former job so now that that’s not happening I hope to get credentialed with Alma. I’m also waiting since October for headway.

Yep United wouldn’t let me credential independently since Headway had me credentialed under them.
