sh3 came back from his has with scratches from his dog, I send him a txt to be more careful and to do something about it, he blame me that was my cat that im the problem and his telling the judge..

Nope I recorded my daughter saying she didn’t want to spend more time at her dads for HER DAD to hear it himself bc he always says I’m lying (mind you he only has and had every other weekend at the time anyways) but the cfi asked for that video and used it to say I was “coaching” my daughter to not want to spend more time with her dad 🙄🙄🙄 that’s the ONLY negative thing he could say about me smfh never again will I record my child to show the father what she says 🤦🏽♀️

The judge granted joint custody and ruled that medical and school matters must be handled on a 50/50 basis. Less than a month after the court order was issued, the father moved more than an hour away; the kids had gone over nine months without seeing him, and he only sees them every other weekend. He has absolutely no communication with me; his messages are limited to brief notes about picking up the kids in ten minutes. I once asked what they had eaten because they came home crying with stomach pain—a message that was completely ignored—and things have remained that way. A couple of days ago, I sent a message regarding something at school, but his new partner replied instead; she lashed out at me and threatened me. I told her I would not be communicating with her—that I wasn't asking whether she was his wife or not, but simply following the court order. She told me he would do whatever she said and that he would only communicate with the children, not with me. Later, the kids told me that their father apparently leaves the phone containing my contact information with her when he goes to work.

I have a question if u talk to ur kids on the phone may be one ever year BC of the kids dad and wife can u record it so that can't say with she dated this to my kid but u have the recording to back it up

Instead, consider having a dash cam that records whenever you’re driving. If the kids volunteer any concerning information after an exchange, let them share but don’t grill them about it. That way anything concerning is documented, but you’re also not shoving a phone in their face, and you’re not asking any leading questions, just supporting your kids and letting THEM share as they feel the need to.
