Firefighter here, if you're ever stuck in a burning building get as low as you can, I don't mean crouching, I mean on your stomach. Some people think they can get up and run out of the house, the heat, low visibility, and especially the smoke can and will kill you before you reach your door. GET LOW.

kudzu is very edible if youre ever lost or hungry in the south. Its basically eaten the south itself so there is unending amount. you'll never run out of it. Just make sure what youre looking at is kudzu. It tastes sort of like snap peas and the leaves sort of like spinach, like a combo almost. the flowers, leaves, and roots. Cook the roots if you can. itll taste better.

Don't entertain suicidal thoughts. In the beginning, you might think you're not serious about it and would never do it anyway, but the more you think about it, the more the urge will grow. I went from "lol or I could just kill myself, haha just kidding I would never" to physically having to stop myself (by strongly holding onto something) from walking towards the train track when a train arrived in less than 2 years.

this might sound weird but if you stand up to fast and feel extremely dizzy clenching your ass cheeks immediately stops the dizziness. it has saved me from some falls in people’s houses especially in cluttered ones that can hurt you if you fell on a sharp item!
