@nytimes: The U.S. Postal Service may play a new role in determining which mail ballots are delivered to voters this fall. If the Supreme Court allows President Trump to move forward with an executive order he issued, the agency would screen ballots after they are submitted by election officials, only delivering those that comply with new rules. The plan, which two dozen states have challenged as unconstitutional, would involve states creating lists of approved voters to receive mail ballots and new ballot envelope standards.
