Get the liquid dishwasher detergent and I squirt a little in the spot that closes and some on the outside of the lid that closes for prewash. U gotta get rinse aid like jet dry or just cheap shit from dollar store I do that and vinegar mixed so it’s less toxic and

Just use the cascade complete gel and the express cycle I have the same dishwasher and the gel is what rinses clean in mine it didn’t like the pods

I use the cascade pods or whatever but for real my mom and Gma taught me years ago that white vinegar as the rinse aid seriously cut the residue down and if your stuff ever gets coated and wont wash off, soak in hot DAWN dish soap and white vinegar and scrub it comes off!!!! 😘

Keep using the pods, but add Lemi Shine dishwasher additive and Finish Jet Dry. All film and residue will be eliminated without needing the extra wash.

I always put a cap of bleach in my dishwasher on every wash it takes that smell away that be on the dishes.😏

Idk if I grew up not using a dishwasher right or not, or if ours was just low quality, but I was always told the dishwasher is more of a sanitizer than a cleaner.

Use jet dry it would come out really clean and dry without spots. I use the same pods and run mostly under pots , turbo zone , high temp wash, and turbo heat dry. Not sure how yours is. I also rinse really good before. But they come out so clean and no residue. Hope this helps

Don’t wash them before you wash them. The dishwasher will get them clean. Just scrape food off and throw it in. Make your detergent work harder.

My soap does the same thing!! I’m gonna try some different pods cause all my dishes smell like straight soap. Not in like a good smelling clean smell like a residue smell 😒
