You should’ve tried to understand what she was going through before assuming the worst 😔 I’ve been dealing with 3 a.m. hot flashes, night sweats, and broken sleep for almost two years now. It’s exhausting. 😣

Support her please. At what age these hot flashes starts. I tuned 50 . Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I exercise and sleep well. No mood swings, touch wood. I am typical Aries so some mood swings are built in.

At 3:00 am I would be sitting in the dark out back on my deck. I had my dog for company I spent many a night out there and the next day I was exhausted! Nothing worse than menopause!

I am a guy. Yes hot flash is seriously. My wife wake up between 12 -2 am with hot flash. I set A/C on based of that to help her out. I don’t understand it but knowing it aint fun for her.

DONT approach her when this is going on. Address it the next day when she's appearing to feel better. When we're in this mode of hot flashes and irritated because we can't sleep, we're not very nice. Not that the attitude is really directed right at you, its like collateral damage pretty much. These are extremely hard for women to deal with. Its exhausting and very hard for us to explain what is wrong with us. We don't want to. We don't feel we need to. So please be patient and understanding. That's all we ask.
