Yes yes but sometimes they do have great pieces. I’ll never forget the one about how our hearing connects directly to the spinal cord which is why you jump when loud noises happen without thinking about it. So your hearing is the fastest reflex and by leaning on that you can be faster than other people and I’ve used that in my life multiple times.
