O que eu chamo de “síndrome da bunda morta” acontece quando o glúteo deixa de ser ativado da forma que deveria, fazendo com que outros músculos assumam grande parte do trabalho. Making loaded sweet potatoes with @Chosen Foods 😋 Ingredients: Sweet potato – 1 large Onion – 1/2, diced Avocado oil – 1-2 tbsp Garlic – 1 clove, grated or minced Ground beef – 250 g Spices (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, salt) – 1 tsp each Tomato paste – 1 tbsp Water – 1–2 tbsp (if needed) Sauce: Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp Greek yogurt – 1 tbsp Dijon mustard – 1 tsp Juice of 1/2 lemon Salt – 1 tsp Black pepper – 1 tsp For topping: Shredded Gouda cheese (or your favorite cheese) – 50–60 g (about 4–5 tbsp) Green onions – for serving Parsley – for serving Instructions: 1. Wash the sweet potato, poke it all over with a fork, wrap it in foil, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 60–75 minutes, or until fork tender. 2. Dice the onion and grate or finely mince the garlic. 3. Heat the avocado oil in a pan. Cook the onion for about 1 minute, then add the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the spices and tomato paste, then add 1–2 tablespoons of water if needed and mix until everything is well combined. 4. In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. 5. Slice the baked sweet potato open and gently mash the center with a fork. Fill with the beef mixture, top with the shredded cheese, and return to the oven until the cheese is melted and golden. Finish with green onions, parsley, and a generous drizzle of the sauce.
