When you are short staff; the manager needs to come in and help. The young man was doing the best he could. Now the customers will be bent out of shape because their food will be cold. Or you might have customers that will leave and not ever come back because of the wait. In my opinion; I think the owner or manager over reacted by firing him. They should have been more understanding.
