@momofchis66: I make these for the hot Florida afternoons. You can see the swirl of plain unsweetened yogurt and 100 percent pure pumpkin puree in the little cups, topped with frosty blueberries. The little card in the shot has the quick version: one cup yogurt, half cup pumpkin, quarter cup blueberries, spoon into small cups, top with a few berries, and freeze 3 to 4 hours.
