I actually think you’re pretty amazing and I believe that you have these deals and and I get what you’re saying cause I’ve only been in a business for four years traditionally. I love it. I’d like to be a part of what you’re doing legitimately but what I don’t understand is, how do you think people that unlike me it’s a real estate broker owns a land development company in the building 40 years and it’s worth my whole life in this career and understands everything and I could put deals together to make this work for the seller and the End user how do they do it with no knowledge what do you teach them in five minutes and charge them for that they could actually pull it off. What format are you using to convince a seller to turn over his mortgage and I don’t understand which I respect you how how does the seller get off the liability of the mortgage? I’d love to know it all but I’d also like to do business with you because I think you’re just amazing. The only thing I don’t like about you was you bare mouth truly awesome Realtor and I mean real estate brokers, developers, and people that have worked their whole life to do this business the right way you just figured out how to do it to make money and legitimately which I respect love to be a part of it, but when don’t ever cut cut out a Realtor commission especially since you’re calling, Zillow would list the properties however I don’t think it’s offensive that you call them representing myself. Well, if you’re representing yourself, you write up the contract you write up the addendum, the amendments, the due diligence the disclosures and you processed the entire transaction on your side right so don’t be so negative. Make a deal to have it all taken care of for the laughing thing and then it’s all good no transparency issues.
