i have crohn’s and i take gasx all the time. IBGard is a whole other thing. the last time i took IBGard to help with some mild discomfort, i got PAINFULLY ill. i thought it was the IBGard, but turns out i had a stomach virus ON TOP OF MY CROHNS

wait gas x doesn’t stop you being gassy. it helps remove trapped air and with bloating by marking you fart MORE.
