It’s the season. I started my allergy regime last week. Sneezing, itchy eyes, listening to opera music. All of the symptoms.

With September in Virginia, it could very well be allergies. Ragweed and other weeds are high this time of year, and grass pollen, mold from the damp weather, can cause sneezing and a stuffy nose. Take it easy, I know you and you’re doing to much, drink plenty of fluids, and get some much needed rest. I hope you feel better soon. ❤️
