he doesn't want to retry the case because I think Lindsey barely survived this one. also, the people testifying were on their very best game. what happens in a year? what if Patrick is offended by all the implications? also, cost. this was undoubtedly very expensive. I sincerely hope Lindsey understands her own value, reflected in how hard everyone is pulling for her to get justice.

I agreed with Kevin Reddington on that day in that moment and I agree with him now. Judge Sullivan made a bad call. I could not understand why he would not do more.

I definitely feel this needs more attention. I do not feel there was a fair and impartial trial. I feel that the decision to not bifurcate the trial caused more confusion to an already challenging case. It's blatantly obvious the majority do not understand the presumption of innocence, burden of proof or reasonable doubt. With the jurors interviews coming out they have flat out admitted they never acknowledge her right to the presumption of innocence. Everyone is focused just on the stipulation for NGRI ignoring the burden of proof and lawfully applying reasonable doubt.

I don’t think he will win it. Even though the juror was refusing to follow the law, it’s not like the judge could force him. He had no other choice but to issue a mistrial.
